Meet the Team � � � Judy Hoy � � Judy has lived on the Gold Coast since 1977, and in Mudgeeraba since 1988, having relocated from Cronulla in New South Wales where she grew up.� Judy�s primary background is conveyancing, having worked as a paralegal conveyancer since 1971 in New South Wales, Queensland and in Vancouver, Canada . Judy started up the business known as Executive Legal Assistants in 1992 as a legal secretarial service,�and has provided the�services of the business to many�Gold Coast Law firms on a sub-contracting basis.�� She has over 38 years of legal experience. As there are few businesses offering the services of body corporate searching, Judy then decided to specialise in that area, as every buyer and seller of a unit has the need to utilise the services of a body corporate search agent, and the Gold Coast has a particularly high number of units being bought and sold. Judy was registered as a Commissioner for Declarations on 8 September 2000. Jan Davies Jan was born in Sydney and relocated to the Gold Coast in the late 1970's. She has spent most of the last 30 years in Queensland apart from a short period spent in Western Australia. She has had over 25 years legal experience specializing in Conveyancing.� Jan has been a Qualified Justice of the Peace since early 1980's and as such has performed her duty as a Sitting Justice in the Courts in Western Australia. Jan and her Partner owned and operated a Real Estate Agency in Agnes Water/1770 for about 8 years. Jan undertook the necessary studies to become a licensed Real Estate Agent and once qualified, she took on the role of Administration Officer for the Agency including managing and operating the Trust Account. Jan is now�living in Brisbane.
