Judy Hoy
Judy has lived on the Gold Coast since 1977, and in Mudgeeraba since 1988, having relocated from Cronulla in New South Wales where she grew up. Judy’s primary background is conveyancing, having worked as a paralegal conveyancer for over 30 years in New South Wales, Queensland and in Vancouver, Canada.
Judy started up the business known as Executive Legal Assistants in 1992 as a legal secretarial service and has provided services to many Gold Coast Law firms.
As there were few businesses offering the services of body corporate searching and reporting, Judy then decided to specialise in that area, having trained for several years with one of the few Searching Agents on the Gold Coast at that time. Every buyer and seller of a unit has the need to utilise the services of a body corporate search agent, and the Gold Coast has a particularly high number of units being bought and sold.
Judy was registered as a Commissioner for Declarations on 8 September 2000.
